One of the common questions i hear from dieters,
is how they can lose 10 pounds in 1 week, or lose 20 pounds in 1 week.
The cabbage soup diet is a 7 –day diet program, which could help you
lose 10-15lbs (4-6)kg in 1 week!
It is advised not to carry on with the diet beyond 1 week as that would be detrimental to your health! It basically includes low calorie vegetables with certain foods that must be eaten on each particular day
You must also stay away from alcoholic drinks, sweetened juices, carbonated drinks but drink as much water as you can. You
can also eat as much cabbage soup as you want, so you won't have to
stay hungry all day because you are trying to cut calories!!
The cabbage soup diet provides a short cut to
weight loss, and is useful for those who want to lose 10-15 pounds
FAST! However most of the weight lost from this method is water.
First of all here is an example of a recipe on how to make cabbage soup.
Here are the things you need:
1. cabbage (chopped/shredded)
2. Green pepper x2
3. 5 carrots
4. 2 onions
5. Tomatoes
Chop all the above ingredients, put them in a pot with water,
boil for ten minutes and cover for a while then stir………….your soup is
ready to eat!!!! It is actually a simple and fast meal to make!
This should be your timetable for the week. Note that the cabbage soup must be taken daily when using this diet.
